About Our Senior Concierge Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Concierge to deliver exceptional resident experiences at our luxury residential development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by managing day-to-day front of house, greeting all residents and visitors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for residents regarding move-in logistics, amenities bookings, and general inquiries.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions with professionalism and promptness.
  • Ensure security protocols are maintained and report maintenance issues or building concerns promptly.
  • Analyze feedback and identify opportunities to elevate the resident experience.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar high-end concierge or front of house role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and personal grooming standards.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
