Support Specialist

This role is responsible for assisting colleagues and clients with administration and technical support throughout the insurance lifecycle.

  • The Support Specialist will act as a connector between departments to deliver optimal client solutions, fostering collaboration and driving process improvement.
  • They will acquire and maintain an understanding of clients' business and insurance needs, ensuring all relevant information is noted and acted upon.
  • The Support Specialist will ensure timely and accurate production of client transactions, including invoices, policy documentation, and renewal reports.
  • They will also support effective working relationships with clients and insurers while seeking opportunities for innovation and process enhancement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A High School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar broking/operational role, preferably in an insurance-related field.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
