Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to drive revenue expansion through strategic sales initiatives. This key role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers, presenting and selling our solutions to meet their business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions to address their challenges
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and customer pain points to refine sales approaches and improve closing rates
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, interactions, and deals in the CRM system
Requirements:
• Eager to learn and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment with a proactive and goal-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills - Clear, confident, and persuasive in both written and verbal English
• Tech-savvy - Quick to learn and use new software systems
• Hospitality industry knowledge is a plus - Experience in restaurant operations is highly preferred
• Self-motivated - Able to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
