The Opportunity

This Customer Experience Ambassador role offers an exciting opportunity where you'll deliver exceptional service to our clients across Australia & New Zealand. As an onsite representative, you'll play a critical part in managing our communication channels and ensuring our clients receive top-notch support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Utilize systems such as Outlook, SAP, and C4C to manage orders, follow up on deliveries, and address new business inquiries.
  • Perform high-volume data entry, resolve stakeholder queries, and manage administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with and support internal teams, including Credit, Sales, and Logistics.
  • Adjust to ongoing system and business transformations to support our evolving needs.

What You Need to Thrive:

  • Customer Service or Contact Centre experience.
  • A friendly, approachable demeanor that fosters strong relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Relationship Building Skills
  • Capability to thrive in a changing environment and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a competitive role offering a salary range of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, superannuation, and professional development opportunities.
