This position is designed to drive the growth of our dewatering and fluid transfer pumping solutions business in Western Australia. As the Dewatering Solutions Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic customer relationships, fostering agreements and alliances that go beyond transactions.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our dewatering and fluid transfer pumping solutions business in WA.
Customer Engagement: Conduct regular meetings, calls, and site visits with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Tender Preparation: Prepare and submit tender bids for new business opportunities, working closely with internal teams to develop competitive proposals.
Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase sales revenue.
Safety Focus: Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, ensuring that all work activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Engineering / mechanical qualification or aptitude
Knowledgeable in pumping principles and pipelines preferred
Experience in sales environments and customer interactions.
Proficient in preparing tender proposals and delivering presentations.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, SalesForce, CAD, and other relevant software.
