At Lendi, we're dedicated to changing the way Australians experience property lending. As a Mortgage Sales Associate, you'll be part of our team that sets appointments and drives qualified opportunities into the diaries of our franchisees and brokers around the country.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about sales and wants to build a successful career in finance or mortgage broking. You'll handle inbound customer enquiries while also making outbound contact with leads to see if we can assist with their lending needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prospecting customers over the phone and discussing their lending needs
  • Converting inbound and outbound leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers
  • Identifying opportunities for customers to refinance their existing loans and obtain finance for new purchases
  • Leveraging your sales and relationship building skills to encourage customers to engage with our online platform prior to their appointment, where they can upload documents and provide their broker with key info
  • Providing exceptional experiences for our customers

Salary: Our base salary is competitive, and you'll have the opportunity to earn results-based bonuses paid weekly. This means you have the ability to take control of your earning potential and develop a solid sales foundation.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need strong sales skills, a background in sales, retail, or customer service, and an interest in pursuing a career in mortgage broking or the finance industry.
