About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in Sutherland Shire/South Eastern Sydney. As a key member of our Behaviour Support Services, you'll work with NDIS participants, delivering life-changing therapy and maximising their potential.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behaviour support plans using function-based strategies
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges
  • Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)
  • Build strong relationships with participants, family, carers, and friends

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 12 months experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Psychological/Social Science or related field)
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Children's Check
  • A valid Australian driver's license

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience + benefits package, including vehicle options, laptop, phone, performance and loyalty bonuses.
