The role of Learning and Organisational Development Specialist is a pivotal position within our People & Culture team. This individual will be responsible for leading initiatives that drive organisational growth, focusing on employee engagement, learning programmes, and data-driven decision making.

The Learning and Organisational Development Specialist will shape the employee experience through various projects, including onboarding, learning programme implementation, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the global onboarding programme to ensure new hires feel integrated and equipped for success.
- Develop and implement impactful learning solutions, coordinating facilitators, learners, and technology to create engaging experiences.
- Manage employee engagement platforms and other data sources, translating insights into actionable plans to enhance the employee experience.
- Lead key projects from our People & Culture roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
- Experience in coordinating and implementing successful programs in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or similar roles, preferably in fast-paced environments.
- Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Natural collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to create solutions from scratch; comfortable with data and using insights to inform decisions.
- Confident facilitation skills, with the ability to lead onboarding, training, and team development sessions (virtual or in-person).
- Proficiency with modern tools, AI, Canva, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and engagement survey tools.
