
Facilities Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising service providers, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities, with experience in facility or warehouse maintenance. They will be able to lift up to 20kg safely and have strong English reading and comprehension skills.
Responsibilities:- Supervise service providers and ensure smooth facility operations
- Perform maintenance tasks, equipment tests, and troubleshoot issues
- Support temperature mapping activities and ensure equipment calibration
- Coordinate minor repairs, building improvements, and warehouse maintenance
- Maintain logs, spare parts inventory, and tools
- Document processes and results for Quality review
- Be part of a 24/7 on-call roster to assist with emergencies
- Able to lift up to 20kg safely
- Strong English reading and comprehension skills
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and use sound judgment
- Experience with electrical installations
- A collaborative attitude and ability to build strong working relationships
- Previous experience in facility or warehouse maintenance
- HVAC operation and maintenance experience
- High Reach Forklift license (preferred)
