
Operational Facilities Coordinator

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of facilities across multiple sites, ensuring that buildings meet the needs of the community using them.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate building maintenance and support services, including cleaning, catering, hospitality, security, and parking.
- Evaluate and ensure buildings function smoothly throughout their operational life.
- Participate in design stages of projects and identify future maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with clients and contractors, including service delivery contract management.
- Manage facilities for specialist disability accommodations.
- Ensure buildings comply with health and safety and energy efficiency standards.
- Monitor and manage Capex budgets and cost account reporting.
We are seeking an experienced Operational Facilities Coordinator with:
A background in the disability, NDIS, or Health sector.Strong stakeholder management experience.Ability to manage multiple sites and direct reports.A team player with a passion for operational excellence.-
