Client Experience Expert

We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Client Experience Ambassador to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers. You will be responsible for engaging with walk-in guests, collecting customer contact information, and scheduling Test Drives. Your goal is to ensure a seamless sales process and consistently meet or exceed individual KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with walk-in guests promptly and personally, ensuring they feel welcome
- Help maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling Test Drives
- Actively contribute to achieving monthly sales and delivery targets by meeting and exceeding individual KPIs
- Proficient in Sales and Delivery Operations, execute and deliver a strong client experience with little to no guidance
- Effectively present and sell the entire Tesla ecosystem, provide highest level of customer service throughout the full sales and delivery cycle & installation process, as well as continued support throughout ownership
- Be primary contact point for all customer interactions throughout their purchase experience, educate customers on all details of the purchase and delivery journey from initial contact through to delivery day
- Ensure vehicle readiness in preparation for the customer's delivery appointment, conduct comprehensive vehicle orientation tailored to the individual customer's needs and comfort level
