Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Client Success Manager to lead the way in delivering exceptional client experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and direction to clients, empowering them to achieve their business objectives through our SaaS platform.

Your primary objective will be to onboard clients seamlessly, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth launch. You will also be responsible for executing delivery of advertising and editorial features, servicing and advising clients, and identifying opportunities for upselling services.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong commercial principles, business acumen, time management, multitasking abilities, enthusiasm, and drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Onboarding Clients: Collaborate with internal teams to onboard clients to the platform, ensuring a seamless experience.
  2. Delivering Advertising and Editorial Features: Execute delivery of advertising and editorial features for clients, meeting their specific needs and requirements.
  3. Servicing and Advising Clients: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  4. Upselling Services: Identify opportunities for upselling services, capitalizing on potential revenue streams.
  5. Maintaining Client Understanding: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our offerings, staying up-to-date on new features and services.
  6. KPI Reporting: Generate weekly activity KPI reports, maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
  7. Monthly Client Reports: Prepare monthly client reports on results and performance, keeping clients informed about their progress.
