About the Role:
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the manufacturing and production processes. This role involves managing the Production Office Team, scheduling, ensuring quality standards and meeting project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate manufacturing and production processes
- Manage the Production Office Team
- Schedule and ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain high-quality standards and meet client specifications
Requirements:
- Education in a relevant field (e.g., Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent work experience
- Experience in a production management or supervisory role, ideally within the shopfitting or cabinet making industries
- Strong understanding of joinery fabrication processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of OH&S regulations within a manufacturing environment
