As a Cost Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of cost management services, including estimating, cost planning, and contract administration.

You will work closely with our project teams to develop and implement effective cost management strategies that ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in quantity surveying or cost management, preferably with MRICS/RICS membership and fellowship status. You should have detailed knowledge of forms of contract, capex V opex cost analysis, and sound knowledge of value engineering, life cycle costing, contract law, and contractual frameworks relating to construction.

In addition to your technical expertise, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain sound technical expertise in local Health and Safety rules and regulations relevant to project portfolio;">
