Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing cost control operations for our Food and Beverage division. This includes ensuring precise financial reporting, reducing waste, and driving profitability.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee stocktake processes across hospitality outlets to ensure consistency and accuracy of transfers, wastage, and sales
  • Analyze stocktake variances and identify discrepancies for escalation as needed
  • Implement cost control strategies aligned with financial and operational goals
  • Advise senior management on stock and cost control to support pricing and efficiency initiatives
  • Track food and beverage cost trends through regular reports and collaborate with management to maintain controls
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in F&B cost control, inventory, and financial reporting
  • Strong understanding of cost control's impact on margins and profitability
  • Skilled in identifying and resolving stock discrepancies
  • Proficient with inventory systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
