Overseeing Residential Construction Sites
About the RoleThis position requires an experienced professional to manage residential construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Manage site operations, laborers, plant operators, and contractors to deliver quality homes on time.
- Maintain a safe working environment through effective risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Develop strong communication skills to ensure smooth project execution and collaboration with stakeholders.
- QBCC Supervisor Licence is essential for this role.
- Proven experience in volume/production residential construction is necessary.
- A successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and a focus on Health and Safety.
- Detailed understanding of OH&S, qualifications preferred.
- A valid Drivers Licence is required.
The ideal candidate will possess problem-solving skills, be proactive, and able to lead by example. Strong knowledge of residential construction processes and ability to work independently are essential. A trade background in carpentry or related field is highly valued.
