This role is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences directly to guests' rooms, ensuring every order is accurate, beautifully presented, and delivered with warmth and professionalism.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Take guest orders via phone or digital systems with accuracy and courtesy">
- Prepare trays and trolleys according to hotel standards and guest preferences">
- Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and service excellence">
- Set up in-room dining experiences with attention to detail and guest comfort">
- Clear trays and trolleys from rooms and corridors in a timely and discreet manner">
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas">
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency">
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations">
Requirements:

- Certificate II or III in Hospitality (or equivalent)">
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification">
- Previous experience in food & beverage service or hotel room service is highly desirable">
- Clear, courteous communication, both verbal and written">
- Customer Service Excellence, with the ability to anticipate guest needs and personalize service">
- Ability to handle complaints or requests with professionalism">
- Proven record for exceptional time management & multitasking while maintaining quality">
- Sound understanding of food safety principles, allergens, and dietary needs">
- Familiarity with POS systems and room service protocols is an asset">
- Discretion & Professionalism – Maintains guest privacy and delivers service with grace">
- Team-Oriented – Works collaboratively with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office">
- Adaptability – Handles high-pressure situations and last-minute requests with ease">
- Presentation & Grooming – Maintains a clean, professional appearance at all times">
