Job Title: Employment Consultant

  • Identify and secure job opportunities for participants with local employers, fostering strong relationships and collaborative partnerships.
  • Support participants in developing the skills and confidence necessary to become job ready, empowering them to take control of their careers.
  • Deliver high-quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements, ensuring seamless delivery of employment solutions.
  • Enhance participants' employability through targeted training and referrals to support services, unlocking their full potential and driving economic growth.
  • Develop personalized employment plans, providing clear pathways to successful outcomes and long-term career success.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with local employers, community groups, and stakeholders, facilitating mutual understanding and respect.

About You

We seek individuals who are driven, solution-focused, and possess a can-do attitude. You should be motivated to go above and beyond for participants, with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to day-to-day challenges.

Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • A MyGovID (Standard level).
  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check.
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check.
  • Availability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
