Empowering Career Growth

The NDIA Graduate Program offers entry-level professionals a structured learning experience across various business areas, focusing on developing skills, capabilities, and experiences to work effectively within a high-performing team.

This 12-month program includes:

  • a curriculum-based development program tailored to six APS Crafts and APS Work Level Standards;
  • graduate rotations in diverse business areas for short-term placements (four to six months);
  • access to mentoring, coaching, and career planning aligned with professional goals and fields;
  • opportunities to build strong professional networks within the Agency and broader Australian Public Service;
  • an accelerated career pathway with salary progression from APS4.1 to APS5.1 upon successful completion.
