The role of Wholesale Assistant is crucial in managing the entire wholesale process. This includes coordinating with our sales agency to ensure accurate order processing, as well as managing inventory and logistics with our 3PL partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with agents to receive and process wholesale orders via JOOR.
  • Ensure accurate entry and tracking of orders in Indigo 8, our Inventory Management System (IMS).
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with our 3PLs to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Manage order processing, dispatching, and ensuring delivery to all major and boutique retail partners globally.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year's experience in wholesale operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Proficiency in using JOOR, Indigo 8, and experience with 3PL coordination.
  • Experience working with international major retailers preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • An interest in premium quality products and the fashion wholesale industry.
