Wholesale Business Support Specialist

The Wholesale Administration Assistant will be responsible for managing wholesale orders and customer inquiries, coordinating logistics and shipping, assisting with inventory management and data entry, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Manage wholesale orders and customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain a positive client experience.
- Coordinate logistics and shipping to guarantee prompt delivery of products to customers.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels, monitoring orders, and implementing effective inventory control systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions to meet their needs.
- Demonstrate proven experience in wholesale administration or a related field.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Display the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications to efficiently perform administrative tasks.
