Job Summary:

The Wholesale Assistant role involves managing the end-to-end wholesale process, coordinating with sales agencies to ensure accurate order processing and inventory management.

This position requires close collaboration with finance teams to ensure smooth financial operations and maintaining accurate records of wholesale orders and shipments in inventory management systems.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Process wholesale orders received from agents via e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure accurate entry and tracking of orders in inventory management software.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics providers for timely order fulfillment.
  • Liaise with customs brokers and freight forwarders for international shipments to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage client inquiries, returns, exchanges, and order adjustments efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in wholesale operations, logistics, or supply chain management preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, inventory management software, and experience with logistics coordination.
  • Experience working with international major retailers is a plus.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
