We are seeking a strategic employee experience expert to join our People Team. In this role, you will cultivate relationships with diverse stakeholders across the organization to embed a culture of excellence and deliver exceptional employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute engaging firm-wide events, including managing event calendars, planning, and delivering events from inception to completion, and conducting post-event evaluations.
  • Lead employee experience initiatives by identifying, designing, and implementing strategies and programs that elevate the employee experience, focusing on onboarding and celebration.
  • Manage internal branding, including merchandise sourcing and approvals, as well as supporting campus recruitment and international offices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A dynamic team member with a formal qualification in Marketing, Event Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in championing employee experience and journey within a corporate business setting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills, as well as strong communication and global stakeholder management skills.
