A key role exists within our HR team, focused on enhancing employee experiences and driving business success.The successful candidate will support the delivery of strategic initiatives that foster a positive work environment, inclusive culture, and exceptional employee engagement. This role involves collaborating closely with senior leaders, HR teams, and employees to ensure effective implementation of people strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with leadership to design and implement HR initiatives that promote employee attraction, retention, and growth.
- Provide expert guidance on employee lifecycle management, ensuring smooth transitions and career progression.
- Manage performance development cycles, supporting employees in achieving their goals and contributing to organisational success.
- Ensure new hires feel welcome and empowered to succeed through comprehensive onboarding programs.
- Develop and deliver training and career development programs to enhance leadership skills, technical expertise, and career advancement opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building trust and lasting relationships across levels of the organisation.
- Proven experience in business partnering, employee relations, or corporate HR functions.
- Qualification in Human Resources or a related field is essential.
