Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement HR initiatives that promote employee attraction, retention, and growth.

  • Manage performance development cycles, supporting employees in achieving their goals and contributing to organisational success.
  • Ensure new hires feel welcome and empowered to succeed through comprehensive onboarding programs.

Requirements:
