Role Overview

The People Partner acts as a strategic specialist, embedding Organisational Development approaches and providing guidance on employee life-cycle management.

As a key member of the OD Leadership Team, they focus on ensuring operational excellence, endurance, and compliance on a day-to-day basis. They work closely with senior leaders to build capacity and knowledge of HR policies and practice, enabling the delivery of organisational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
