The OpportunityWe are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Service Administrator for a 14-month fixed term. In this position, you will work alongside a talented team who are safety and customer-focused and who all help each other achieve success.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the local administration of branch vehicles.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, organize and schedule training.
- Payroll support - collate timesheets and leave.
- Compile information required for internal & external audits.
- Production order preparation and timely closure for all service invoicing.
- Assist in other general Service administration tasks.
- Maintenance of local databases to track WIP.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferable.
- Experience or exposure to maintaining fleet vehicles and/or Payroll experience, advantageous.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office and data bases with office experience.
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
