Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Director of Engineering Operations for our Work Dynamics team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive business growth through exceptional engineering operations.

About the Role

  • As a Senior Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technical specialists to deliver best-in-class engineering services to our Work Dynamics accounts.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Ops Excellence, HSSE, and engineering talent across Work Dynamics, to drive business objectives and optimize processes.
  • The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in engineering operations, a university degree in engineering, and proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of engineers and technical specialists to deliver engineering services to Work Dynamics accounts, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  2. Develop and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and cost savings across the organization.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Ops Excellence, HSSE, and engineering talent, to achieve business objectives and optimize processes.
  4. Interview and assess IFM technical resources, identifying development opportunities for engineering and technical talent in the region.
  5. Conduct on-site building evaluations and lead due diligence efforts, including oversight, evaluation, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering operations in IFM.
  • A university degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or civil).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing others and promoting change amongst teams.
  • Ability to drive large-scale initiatives and programs across varied people, assets, and geographies.
  • Strong commercial acumen, understanding of various IFM commercial structures, and implications related to operational delivery.

Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
