**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a skilled Tender Writer to join our high-performing team in Brisbane.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate submissions to a high standard, meeting client deadlines
  • Write and layout compelling tender documents to secure major maintenance contracts and projects
  • Develop marketing collateral to support business development and tendering
  • Ensure all content adheres to branding guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality
  • Participate in and facilitate meetings
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve the company's win ratio
  • Update and maintain Sharepoint library and tendering systems

**Requirements:**

  • Two or more years' experience in communications/tender writing
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (desirable)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, intermediate Adobe InDesign (preferred)
  • Excellent written communication capabilities, high attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fluctuating workload and support other team members
