At Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to play a vital role in shaping our key growth program and developing our portfolio of solutions alongside cross-functional teams and colleagues in other countries.

About the Role

This role involves working with a group of Selling Partners to help them grow their business on Amazon. You will be responsible for creating and articulating compelling value propositions around our service offerings and identifying, qualifying, and engaging with prospective Selling Partners based on a clear understanding of their needs.

You will manage a portfolio of Selling Partners to drive individual strategies, manage timelines, expectations, and owning communications, leveraging a strong understanding of Amazon programs, tools, and processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and converting a sales pipeline using a highly consultative and data-driven approach
  • Onboarding and building long-term relationships with key decision-makers within prospective accounts
  • Developing processes, tools, and content for this service
  • Preparing and presenting performance deep dives to facilitate regular discussions around business progress, current challenges, and strategic plans with Selling Partners

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent influencing skills, consulting and account management experience, a track record of taking initiatives and using data and tools to drive business growth, and the ability to implement process improvements and scale up programs.
