About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Division CFO to lead our financial strategy and operations. You will design and implement an AI-powered financial infrastructure that propels multiple education businesses through their hypergrowth phases.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance leadership, proven track record of executive-level engagement, and expert knowledge of US GAAP and integrated financial reporting.

You will be responsible for optimizing ERP platforms, managing external audits, and providing strategic guidance on budgeting, market expansion, and vendor partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a streamlined, AI-driven financial infrastructure
  • Optimize ERP platforms for scalability and efficiency
  • Manage external audits and regulatory compliance
  • Provide strategic guidance on budgeting and market expansion
  • Lead financial operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions
Requirements
  • Professional financial certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA)
  • Minimum 10 years in progressive finance leadership positions
  • Proven track record in executive finance leadership
  • Expert knowledge of US GAAP and integrated financial reporting
  • Extensive experience optimizing and managing ERP platforms
  • Successfully managed or participated in at least 5 external audits
Benefits

This is a full-time position with a competitive compensation package.

The salary for this role is $200 USD/hour, equating to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
