Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Financial Strategist to partner with our Enterprise Operations team. This is an ideal opportunity to optimize financial performance and achieve strong financial control.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To drive financial performance versus budget and prior periods, ensuring clarity on key drivers.
  • To add value to the divisions through balancing strategic long-term cost management and in-year performance management.
  • To ensure accurate financial results on a monthly basis, aligned with accounting policies, and provide proactive analytics to inform business decisions.
  • To effectively communicate result narratives for internal and external audiences.
  • To manage and report expenses and investments efficiently.
  • To lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve their potential.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial business partnering, budgeting, reporting, and financial control roles in operations environments.
  • Ability to challenge at all levels, supported by data and analysis.
  • A strategic outlook on performance improvement to support tactical and broader goals.
  • Strong working relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Capability to influence strategies and initiatives through stakeholder engagement.
  • A long-term thinker/planner with flexibility to work in agile environments.
  • Knowledge of project financial disciplines including capitalization practices.
  • Experience in people management and leadership.
