Key Responsibilities:

  • • Manage warranty paperwork for various brands

  • • Ensure accurate documentation and verify criteria for manufacturers and distributors

  • • Review and process returned, rejected, or adjusted warranty claims, tracking each until resolution

  • • Reconcile warranty receivables and collaborate with accounting for payments

  • • Arrange parts shipment to factories or distributors and resubmit rejected claims promptly

  • • Validate technician stories according to manufacturer and dealership policies

  • • Accurately log clocking times and parts tagging

  • • Facilitate warranty-related issues with vendors and manufacturers for replacement parts

  • • Coordinate with Workshop Foremen, Technicians, and Service Advisors for exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • • Flexibility to work at various locations

  • • Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator/Clerk in the Automotive Industry (preferred)

  • • Full Australian work rights

  • • Mechanical knowledge advantageous
