We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team on a 1-year fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the purchasing and logistics process for warranty related items.
  • Administering and processing customer quality claims using SAP.
  • Reviewing and ensuring accuracy of warranty data and information.
  • Creating, analysing and releasing warranty related reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Prior experience in warranty, quality, purchasing, logistics and/or related areas.
  • Good written and spoken English language skills.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Experience within the heavy industry space including rail, automotive, defence, manufacturing, mining, oil & gas and aerospace.
