We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Supervising Manager. This position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our venues, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance staff engagement and motivation
- Resolve conflicts and address customer complaints in a professional manner
- Report all operational issues and information to management
- Collaborate with management to resolve operational concerns
- Manage the opening and closing of venues, including TAB, Keno, gaming and cash reconciliation

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in hospitality
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and grow a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and time management skills
- Knowledge of Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements and safe work practices
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and problem-solve quickly
- Knowledge of TAB and Keno systems
- Current RSA, RCG and Advanced RCG certifications
- First Aid certification (desired but not essential)
