Job Opportunity

As a Team Leader, you will oversee the Inclusive Employment program and its new services. Your role involves leading frontline service delivery, supervising staff, engaging with employers, and ensuring compliance with guidelines and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead employer engagement at allocated sites, ensuring workplaces meet safety requirements and Award conditions are applied to participants.
  • Agree with employers and prepare wage subsidy requests for submission by Managers, Employment.
  • Develop and monitor the performance of other IEA staff in relation to employment anchors, outcomes, post-placement support, and all program requirements.
  • Provide day-to-day supervision and support of lower or similar classified employees.
  • Deliver program services that are recovery-focused and strengths-based.
