Key Role:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day transport operations, including load planning and allocation

  • Coordinate with warehouse teams for seamless freight movements
  • Manage subcontractors, provide guidance and feedback to drivers
  • Monitor driver performance, compliance, and vehicle productivity
  • Investigate incidents, prepare reports
  • Maintain accurate records, including run sheets, axle weights, delays, vehicle compliance

Your Skills:

  • Proven experience supervising fleet operations in general freight environments
  • Strong knowledge of COR, fatigue management, load restraint regulations
  • Demonstrated expertise in mass management and compliance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Transport Management Systems and MS Excel
