Rigging Project Manager

As a rigging project manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of complex structural and mechanical projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive plans for rigging activities, including steel erection and project works.
  • Equipment Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of lifting gear and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and train rigging teams to achieve key outcomes and promote a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Procedure Development: Create and review work method statements and job safety analyses to minimize risks and optimize efficiency.
  • Safety Compliance: Supervise mechanical, structural, and project works to ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Certifications: Advanced Rigging Certification and Certificate III in Frontline Supervision.
  • Experience: Proven experience in structural and mechanical projects with heavy lift expertise.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of structural drawings and complex rigging scenarios, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
