Senior Leadership Opportunity in Disability Sector

As a Senior Manager, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the delivery of person-centred services, including in-home supports and complex community-based programs. This is an opportunity to enhance service outcomes within the disability sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Performance Management: Manage the operational performance of community-based disability services.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure service delivery aligns with NDIS requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Financial Results and Workforce Capability: Drive financial results, workforce capability, and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Service Quality and Improvement: Promote service quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead and support managers across multiple geographic locations.

This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and grow NDIS-aligned services at scale, prioritizing culture, safety, and accountability.

About You:
  • Operational Leadership Experience: At least 7 years' experience in operational leadership within disability or community support environments.
  • NDIS Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS, funding models, and compliance frameworks.
  • Leadership and Development: A proven record of leading and developing large, diverse teams through change.
  • Commercial Expertise: Strong financial, commercial, and contract management expertise.
  • Analysis and Project Delivery: Advanced skills in analysis, decision-making, and project delivery.
  • Communication Skills: Highly developed communication skills with the ability to engage a broad range of stakeholders.

A tertiary qualification in Health, Community Services, Allied Health, or a related field will be beneficial in driving real impact and innovation in this senior leadership role.
