Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of a client outcomes measurement tool in Supported Independent Living (SIL). This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a project plan, coordinating with stakeholders, providing training and support, and monitoring the implementation of the tool.

About the Role

The Client Outcomes Lead will play a key role in driving business results by ensuring the effective implementation of the client outcomes measurement tool.

  • Develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address key challenges and opportunities.
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure stakeholders have the necessary skills and knowledge to use the tool effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of progress and report regularly to senior management.
What You Will Bring

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in disability or community services, project management or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-stakeholder projects or programs within the disability sector.
  • Exceptional influencing and relationship management skills.
