Job Summary

This is a senior leadership role in our organization's growing State and Local Government Process Risk and Controls Practice. The Manager will have the opportunity to draw from their experience and knowledge while continuing to grow their leadership skills through client and industry exposure, career development, and mentorship opportunities.

  • Leverage understanding of public sector industry trends and business acumen to think critically about complex challenges and propose dynamic solutions.
  • Own management level relationships with elected leaders, directors, and agency heads.
  • Prepare/Review initial drafts and follow-ups on client request lists.
  • Update risk assessment models and complete initial draft of identified risks.
  • Draft test plans or work programs for review by senior members of the team.
