Business Growth Marketing Professional

This role is crucial in the success of a business. A growing and well-regarded liquor retailer located in Melbourne, Australia is looking for a highly skilled marketing specialist to work as part of their team.
The new owners have set a strategy for strong growth in both their online and in-store retail and wholesale sales.
To achieve this vision, they are looking for a professional who can identify markets and market segments which will deliver the best opportunities for the business's offerings.
- Explore consumer habits including customer profiling
- Manage end-to-end campaign management including tracking and reporting results to management
- Manage all digital marketing collateral across the business's websites, social media, and other digital platforms
- Coordinate outsourced suppliers for design and production of marketing materials
- Work with data management systems to ensure updated data is available for management and decision making in relation to ongoing marketing activities
Qualifications:
- A degree qualification in a relevant field or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years post qualification experience working in a marketing specialist role

- Well-developed analytical skills and a solid understanding of IT and AI developments as it applies to the marketing industry
- Demonstrated experience in running and organising marketing campaigns within budget
