We are seeking a seasoned marketer to drive the growth of our business by spearheading high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies that boost brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and enhance retention among subcontractors, suppliers, and builders.
- Play a pivotal role in diversifying our marketing channels beyond Google Ads, scaling predictable pipeline growth, and strengthening conversion rates.
- A proven track record of delivering measurable marketing results in B2B SaaS or marketplace environments.
- Proficiency in managing multi-channel campaigns, including Google Ads, paid social, events, and partnerships, with the ability to optimize for ROI.
- Commercial acumen, with CAC payback, pipeline contribution, and customer LTV being second nature.
- A proactive approach, comfortable introducing process improvements and systems in a lean team environment.
- A team player who prioritizes business success.
