Job Title: Marketing and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious Australian citizen with experience in marketing and business development within law firms who is excited to relocate to London. If you're eager to expand your professional horizons and gain international experience in an extremely high-performing market, while taking advantage of the UK Youth Mobility Visa, we'd love to hear from you.

You will be instrumental in driving growth and market visibility for a top-tier London law firm. You'll collaborate with senior management to develop and execute marketing strategies, support client development initiatives, and help grow the firm's client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic marketing campaigns in collaboration with partners and the business development team
  • Create and manage content, digital marketing initiatives, and brand positioning strategies
  • Analyze markets to identify potential business opportunities and client targets
  • Support proposal preparation, pitches, and presentations for new business
  • Coordinate events, conferences, and networking activities to increase firm visibility and client engagement
Requirements:
  • Australian citizenship eligible for the UK Youth Mobility Visa
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing or business development roles within a law firm
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proactive attitude
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Law, or related field preferred
