We are seeking a skilled Trainer and Assessor to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

">Job Description:

The organisation is looking for an experienced trainer who can deliver high-quality training sessions to students. Key responsibilities include assessing student skills and knowledge against industry standards, providing constructive feedback and guidance to students, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve organisational goals.

  • Delivering High-Quality Training Sessions: Design and deliver engaging training sessions that meet the needs of our students.
  • Assessing Student Skills and Knowledge: Assess student performance against industry standards, providing detailed feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Providing Constructive Feedback and Guidance: Offer guidance and support to students to help them achieve their full potential.

Applicants must have:

  • A Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Equivalent Tertiary Qualifications: We require applicants to hold a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent tertiary qualifications.
  • Relevant Industry Experience: We are looking for candidates with relevant industry experience, preferably in commercial cookery.
  • Excellent Written and Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Previous VET Training Experience with International Students: Previous experience working with international students would be highly regarded.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 1 Year of Commercial Cookery Experience: A minimum of 1 year of commercial cookery experience would be advantageous.
  • Training and Assessment Certificate: Possession of a Training and Assessment certificate would be beneficial.
