**Job Description**:
Toll Group are searching for a driven **Specialist Driver Trainer **to join the Bulk Dangerous Goods (DG) division. This position will support the greater Bulk DG business units across Queensland and New South Wales, as well as champion a Driver Pathways program; ensuring the next intake of DG drivers to Toll Group are capable and upskilled.

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Explosive Services, this position will base out of Helidon, QLD, but will be required to occasionally travel interstate, as well as to Central QLD. This Driver Trainer will be responsible for playing a key role in the ongoing training and development of drivers to increase service quality and manage the health, safety and wellbeing of employees and the environment, as well as meeting customer contractual requirements.

As the Specialist Driver Trainer you will:

- Manage the Driver Pathways program within Toll Group Bulk DG, ensuring drivers are developed and upskilled.
- Support regional Bulk DG sites and Trainers by managing the onboarding of new employees, as well as conducting assessments with existing employees.
- Implement Toll Group driver training strategy, incorporating HSE and continuous improvements considerations.
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders including management, drivers, customers and site personnel.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Open MC License (unrestricted) and Cert IV or Diploma in Workplace Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110).
- Demonstrated experience within a Driver Trainer role in the transport industry.
- SSAN, DG ticket or dangerous goods experience highly regarded.
- Awareness of Workplace Health and Safety policies and legislation
