This is a pivotal role requiring a talented and energetic leader with a unique blend of strategic and operational expertise to drive the day-to-day business as well as to influence and contribute to its strategic direction.

  • Safety Management: Ensure a safe working environment for all employees and stakeholders.
  • Growth Strategy: Develop and implement plans to increase sales revenue and profitability.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the operations across the area, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this truly exciting role, you will be a leader and a team player - someone who is passionate about driving overall business performance with a growth agenda and with solid, practical skills and knowledge in developing the capability of teams.

Engineering and/or commercial qualifications are desirable and a history of success in pivotal leadership positions, ideally within related heavy manufacturing sectors servicing the civil construction industry will be highly regarded.
