Sales Strategy Leader

We're seeking an exceptional Sales Strategy Leader to spearhead our sales performance initiatives. As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, you'll drive business growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and govern sales performance strategies, aligning with business objectives.
  • Lead the execution of sales incentive programs and operational cadences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales Ops, and People teams to ensure seamless sales execution.
  • Analyse sales data to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including C-suite engagement.
  • Proven ability to analyse sales data and drive strategic decisions.
  • Project management skills across multiple initiatives.
  • Collaborative mindset and passion for enabling high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
