
Sales Performance Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will identify and create new qualified sales opportunities for the sales team.
- Identify potential leads through research and various channels, including cold calling, emails, social media, and events.
- Generate and qualify outbound leads by engaging with decision-makers and understanding their needs.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads for the sales team by meeting daily and monthly lead-generation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and qualifying leads using CRM software, email marketing tools, and prospecting platforms.
- Initiating conversations with prospective customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, or any other platform to introduce our offerings.
- Conducting discovery calls to understand client challenges, pain points, and needs.
- Scheduling qualified meetings or demos for the sales team members.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (internships or early-career roles are welcome).
- Experience with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
