Job Title: Key Sales Performance Director

We are seeking a skilled Key Sales Performance Director to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.

About the Role:
  • Develop strategic sales programs to boost sales performance from assigned accounts.
  • Conduct market research to design and implement effective sales initiatives.
  • Create and execute sales strategies and product knowledge to achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead, develop, and motivate sales teams to achieve sales and profit targets.
  2. Provide ongoing training, motivation, and development of sales professionals.
  3. Meet or exceed targeted sales quotas and productivity standards.
  4. Evaluate and ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
  5. Prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional service on a daily basis.

  • Able to develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive business results.
  • Excellent leadership and direction skills to drive sales performance.
