Job Overview

The Data Analytics Sales Specialist plays a pivotal role in helping customers achieve their business goals by leveraging Google Cloud's data analytics platform. This position requires a strong understanding of data analytics and sales, coupled with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, reporting on key performance indicators for assigned territories.
  • Establish and maintain executive relationships with customers as a subject matter expert in data analytics.
  • Create and execute account plans, including enterprise initiatives across key industries, focusing on building strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify use cases suitable for Google Cloud Data and Analytics solutions, providing solution differentiation and business impact.
  • Work closely with Google account and technical teams to develop and drive pipelines, providing expertise and guidance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in promoting analytics, data warehousing, or data management software.
  • Experience with planning, pitching, and executing a territory business strategy.
  • Experience working with sales engineers and customer technical leads to build business cases and plans for implementation.
